Brent Gray | Partner

As the co-founder and operating partner of Pinnacle Quest, Brent Gray develops, maintains, enhances and advances the company’s brand and vision. His prolific experience, practical expertise and personable approach make him particularly adroit in managing key aspects of operations – including marketing, sales, finance and client services.  As part of his role in advancing overall growth of the firm and expanding our client offerings, Brent also leads the charge to cultivate strategic alliances and partnerships with complementary companies in related industries.

Brent’s professional experience includes a unique combination of successful sales and marketing experience, coupled with an extensive financial and new business development record. In total, Brent has more than thirty years of experience in executive-level management, finance, sales and marketing. In 1982, he founded and managed a successful chain of retail computer stores and had demonstrated his entrepreneurial prowess through a number of other successful business ventures in a variety of industries.

Verl Workman | Partner

Over the course of a career now spanning nearly 20 years, Verl Workman has delivered over 1,000 seminars, webinars, keynote addresses and other motivational messages to real estate and sales professionals worldwide. More importantly, he's also delivered remarkable results. His experience and expertise in all aspects of sales, marketing, promotion, management and technology have enlightened and empowered helped thousands of professionals to expand their knowledge and achieve their goals.

Like all great teachers and coaches, Verl brings a contagious enthusiasm to every seminar, session and event.  His philosophy regarding professional training has always been “If it’s not fun, I’m not going!” and believes you deserve programs that live up to those expectations. Stan Schreyer | Partner

A proven leader for technology-driven organizations, Stan Schreyer was a pioneer in the outsourced sales, marketing and management model for technology products.  As the founder of Schreyer Associates and Marketlink Technologies, he held various positions including Vice President, COO and CEO.  Under his leadership, MLT not only provided field sales coverage for such industry giants as Microsoft, Intel, Hitachi and InFocus, but also launched some of the fastest growing technology start-ups of the age – including RIM Blackberry, Barracuda Networks and NetScreen.

In addition to having built and sold three successful companies, Stan has also participated in multiple IPOs and managed international sales enterprises for such global entities as Exinda Networks, Firetide and Fluidmesh. Skilled at building strategic leadership teams and operational strategies, Stan has always fostered the philosophy that it’s not so important “who’s right” but that, as a team, we “get it right.”

Miriam Valere | Coaching & Events Coordinator

With a strong background in customer service and sales support roles, as well as a true entrepreneurial spirit, Miriam Valere demonstrates a unique rapport and understanding of the client relationship few others can match. After joining PQ in April 2006, she soon become a key member of the team and continues to play a critical position in fulfilling our client promise.

Prior to joining Pinnacle Quest, Miriam enjoyed a 25-year career that allowed her to gain meaningful experience in almost every aspect of business administration and operations.  In addition to serving as an administrative aide, executive assistant and office manager for numerous domestic and international organizations, she has also owned and operated two successful companies of her own; giving her a unique perspective and appreciation for our real estate clients.
