Sara Guldi | Coach
A twelve-year veteran of residential real estate, Sara Guldi first earned her license in 2004 when she and her husband, Chris, opened a Keller Williams franchise in Maryland. Chris had already built a successful solo practice and they didn’t want that stream of revenue to diminish while he focused on growing the brokerage, so Sara jumped in with both feet, earning the Rookie of the Year Award for her region.
With a strong emphasis on systems and coaching, The Guldi Group quickly grew to rank among the Wall Street Journal’s Top 100 Real Estate Teams in the country by 2008 – an award they earned twice more – and among the publication’s Top 25 Real Estate Teams for both 2009 and 2010. Their annual residential sales consistently exceeded $35M during that period, with their best year exceeding $64M.
In 2011, Keller Williams of Southern Maryland was sold to a neighboring market center. By that time, it was already the largest single-office brokerage in the local market, in terms of both agent count and sales volume. Today, Sara and Chris live in Florida with their three children, but still maintain a highly successful team in Maryland with production exceeding $20M annually.
