Great speakers are able to easily create “raving fans”, but most do not offer a way to continue their relationship with their audience members and clients. Professional speakers understand the value of offering a coaching program to their fans and are certainly capable of delivering the coaching itself, but they don’t necessarily know how – or even want – to run a coaching “business.” Many are simply afraid of the vast amount detail work involved – and rightly so! Now there is a way to stop leaving money on the table without all of the headaches.

What is Coaching Management?

It’s all the “stuff” you don’t want to do!:

  • Communication: Staying in touch with students before, during and after every session and throughout the coaching process.
  • Tracking of Data: Sales and dollar flow, contact information, session scheduling, calendaring, attendance, assignments, group management, accounting, etc.
  • Technology: Online student portal, webinar platform, survey software, e-mail campaign management software, fully customizable CRM platform, accounting systems, etc.
  • Session Management: Monitoring and managing the ‘live’ coaching sessions so that you don’t have to.

What we do for you

  • Act as an agent on behalf of you and your company in communicating and delivering the coaching program.
  • Consult with you on the design and format of your coaching program.
  • Consult and advise you on various pricing strategies, including group and corporate sales packages, web sales, value-adds, etc.
  • Facilitate and manage the technical aspects of the actual tele-coaching sessions utilizing state-of the-art webinar delivery tools.
  • Audit the coaching sessions in order to provide feedback on things such as delivery, crowd control, homework assignments and overall value.
  • Set up, customize and maintain all coaching-related management tools such as the CRM system, e-mail follow-up services, student web portal, webinar services, survey software, accounting systems, etc.
  • Act as the communication liaison between the coaching students and the coach.
  • Facilitate and manage all written and verbal communications and follow-up with coaching students.
  • Provide accountability systems and homework tracking.
  • Coordinate coaching program-related communications between you and your corporate clients as needed.
  • Coordinate Q&A between customers and coaches and assist you in building and offering an online knowledge base for easy answers to questions.
  • Coordinate scheduling (and rescheduling) of all coaching sessions.
  • Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping activities including order fulfillment, credit card processing, merchant account relationships, credits and A/R, etc.
  • Provide telephone support (students call us instead of you when they have a question about their account.)
  • Consult with you regarding “from the stage” sales strategies, including effective sales presentations, overcoming objections and resolving sales issues and concerns related to the coaching program.
  • Provide feedback on seminar delivery and coaching integration via recordings of events or via personal attendance at live events.

Proper facilitation and management of any coaching program is critical to its success. There are many  “moving parts” and critical details that must be addressed in a timely and efficient way. The success of any coaching program is dependent on the manager’s ability to prevent anything from “slipping through the cracks.”

The coaching manager must be detail-oriented and organized, yet able to warmly communicate with the coaching student via e-mail or phone. Ultimately, the coaching student develops an equally important relationship with the manager as they do with their coach. The tasks and details are critical, but so is the human being who must professionally and compassionately represent the reputation of the coach.
