Frequently Asked QuestionsQ. Where and when are the coaching sessions held? A. All coaching sessions are held in a group webinar setting, where you will call in from your location to join your coaching group. All coaching calls are held on Wednesday. We will provide you with your schedule, log in instructions, call in number and other critical information via email. Q. When will my coaching program start? A. Within 24 hours of your enrollment in coaching (excluding weekends), we will send you a welcome kit via email and let you know the start date of your program (it can be up to 30 days from enrollment depending on availability of new groups.) You will always be given the option of joining in an existing group so you can begin your program right away and then you can move to a new group to start from the beginning if you choose to not wait until a new group begins. Q. What about other products I have ordered? When will I get those? A. We will process your on-line order within 24 hours of receipt of payment (excluding weekends). All products will then be ordered from the appropriate vendor and delivery time will depend on type of product. For example, downloadable products are generally available within 3-5 days of vendor being notified of order. Products that require shipping will be shipped within 7 business days of order date (excluding weekends) and will ship within the United States in approximately 7-10 business days. In the event that shipping will be delayed beyond that time frame, we will contact you directly to provide you with an estimated delivery date. Q. How do I return a product? A. Since we do not stock items, but rather apply our group discounts to purchase through those vendors, we honor the manufacturers refund policy. It varies slightly by product but most offer a 30 day refund policy (meaning it has to be back in their hot little hands within 30 days of the purchase date.) Most vendors will not allow returns of opened/used software. Most web-based or subscriptions services can be terminated at any time but they may not pro-rate their services for unused days. Our coaching program is 100% guaranteed. If, after attending all of the coaching sessions and completing all of the assignments, you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we will gladly refund the entire fee (minus the cost of any third party software or services that were provided at the time of sign up) Additionally, if you cancel out of the coaching program 14 days prior to the starting date of your group, you will receive a full refund minus $100 administrative fees.
