Coaching:

Our coaching program is 100% guaranteed.  If, after attending all of the coaching sessions and completing all of the assignments, you are not completely satisfied with your experience, we will gladly refund the entire fee (minus the cost of any third party software or services that were provided at the time of sign up)

Additionally, if you cancel out of the coaching program 14 days prior to the start date of your group, you will receive a full refund minus $100 administrative fees.  Once the program has started, no refunds will be given, but you may transfer at any time into a different coaching group.

Products:

All purchased products are subject to our vendor return policies.  Generally, there is a 30 day return policy to receive a full refund less shipping costs.  Most vendors will not accept opened/used software.  Product can only be returned if Pinnacle Quest Consulting is contacted initially and proper return procedures are followed.  Please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Most web-based or subscriptions services can be terminated at any time but they may not pro-rate their services for unused days.  If a product is damaged or defective contact Pinnacle Quest immediately and we’ll assist you in getting a replacement.

Bonus items sent upon signing up for the coaching program cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Downloaded Products:

Any product downloaded from our website, such as ebooks, special reports and audio files (mp3s) cannot be returned or refunded.
